Here are a few suggestions... Most florists can recommend a good planner... if you feel the need to work with one... most florists have a good consultant to plan and coordinate your  entire event from start to finish...or they can recommend a planner they work with.

There are a lot of wonderful and good planners out there...but on the other hand some planners try to take over the total event ...on a few occasions...I have had brides tell me I wish I would of listened... they want to dictate there own type and style...or take over the entire function... not considering what the Bride and Groom wants...

A few recommendations... you have to have open communication from start to finish...with your planner...what type and style you want for your event ... how elaborate / casual you want the affair...what services are you paying for...check out what the planner has to offer...what vendors they worked with...always look at reputation first...always check out the planner's vendors they worked with...or other brides they worked with...that way you can get a better idea if you want to hire a planner or pay for there services.
