Howl at the Moon is a Rock n Roll dueling piano bar an interactive entertainment experience where piano players and staff entertain, and guests become part of the show. Hip and low-lit, the focal point of the nightclub is the stage featuring a pair of baby grand pianos. On stage two at a time, the piano players are the center of attention creating fun and excitement throughout the evening, tickling the funny bone as well as the ivories. Our top quality entertainers are hand picked from the finest national talent. Howl at the Moon keeps the show fresh with mainstream and recognizable format that allows the average guest to sing along with 90 percent of the songs. Guests are encouraged to submit requests, and songs range from Brown Eyed Girl to Baby Got Back and, of course, Piano Man.
Howl at the Moon offers a variety of entertainment throughout the evening, setting it apart from standard dueling piano shows. At Howl at the Moon, musicians fluctuate between the comedic standard two-player show to full band sets with four to five musicians featuring a wide variety of instruments. Also unique to Howl at the Moon is the upscale saloon type atmosphere featuring top quality millwork and glass décor with attention to detail.
Howl at the Moon offers an experience beyond the average bar with live entertainment, comedy, and sing-a-longs throughout the evening.
The history of the dueling piano sing-a-long has existed for ages, proving to withstand the test of time. As long as there has been at least one person to lead a song, there has almost always been someone to sing, or
Howl along. Howl at the Moon is the evolution of this age-old piano sing-a-long, smartly packaged for todays audience.
The first Howl at the Moon opened in 1990 in Cincinnati, Ohio. An immediate hit, the chain rapidly expanded into new markets. Under a two year agreement Royal Caribbean Cruise Line recruited Howl at the Moon as an added entertainment amenity. National retail and entertainment zone developers have recognized Howls value for capturing foot traffic and complimenting other retail and entertainment facilities. There are currently twelve Howl at the Moon locations nationwide, with further expansion in progress.
